What happens if repairs are required?

If repairs are required you must contact our office or emergency numbers which are provided in a tenancy pack when you sign up for your tenancy.

Can my Landlord enter my property?

Yes a landlord can enter your property as per your Tenancy Agreement as long as you are provided with 48 hours notice.

What are my responsibilities?

It is your responsibility as a Tenant to maintain the Property, make sure all rent is paid on time and not to cause any Anti Social Behaviour problems.

Am I responsible for Insurance?

Yes, as a tenant you would be responsible for Contents insurance which would cover all of your Personal items.

Can my Landlord increase my rent?

Yes. Rent can be increased by a Landlord after the initial 12 months of the Tenancy and every year thereafter, however you would be informed in writing 4 weeks prior to any increase.

Can I extend my lease at the property?

Upon moving into a Property you would be served with a 6 month Shorthold Tenancy providing there are no issues during this time your Tenancy would them become a Rolling tenancy until either Yourself of the Landlord gives Notice.

What happens when I want to move out?

You will need to give 4 weeks’ notice in writing to vacate the Property.
